What does ChangeEngine do?
ChangeEngine is a ‘future of work’ company that enables individuals and teams to discover, design, and execute employee-facing initiatives. With ChangeEngine, companies can attract & retain top talent, increase the adoption of key employee initiatives, and save hundreds of hours via internal communications automation. ChangeEngine boasts a robust suite of integrations embedded across a wide range of systems of record.
Why solve this problem?
Creating & executing best-in-class people programs to treat employees like internal customers is extremely manual and time-consuming—they include many moving parts such as goals, branding, content, communications, timeline, rewards, and ROI. In the hybrid workplace, there’s no effective way to manage this.
Hardest thing about being a founder?
There are a million things you could do—selecting the top 20% that matters most.
Biggest piece of advice for aspiring founders?
Focus on the things under your control. Be pragmatic about your strengths & weaknesses. Then, double down on your strengths and fill the gap in your weaknesses quickly & constantly.
Most exciting moment so far?
Seeing our customers getting CEO-level kudos for deploying ChangeEngine.
Why did you choose Bonfire?
Bonfire truly took the time to understand our vision & market. Being an early-stage startup, it’s essential to optimize for the right partner so we can continue to innovate & grow. Bonfire spreads fuel to the fire (no pun intended) and delivers on what they promise. Beyond that, the team is personable and gets to know you beyond work.
What’s it like to work with Bonfire?
I’d describe working with Bonfire as a collaborative experience. The team is highly accessible and available when we need them. They’re happy to brainstorm with us and provide new ways to think about things while giving us the autonomy to do what we decide is best for the business.
Favorite book, useful tool or app?
My favorite science fiction series is Red Rising. It’s refreshing to intersperse fiction novels into the stacks of business books.
