Crypto is growing at the same pace as internet adoption. Just as every business had to get a website and email address, they now have to get a crypto wallet. That part is easy—but succeeding in the web3 economy leads to an operational nightmare because the back office tools we rely on don’t work in this new era. Solving this problem unlocks a massive wave of enterprise adoption, making the financial system real time, global, and community-led.

The highs and lows are monumental — and they often occur within hours of each other. But I’m a born entrepreneur and wouldn’t have it any other way.

World-changing ideas usually don’t seem obvious at first. We’re forced to develop very thick skin to deal with hearing “no” all the time. But to be the best in the world at something, you need to know when to stick with it and when to quit. In any entrepreneurial venture, you’ll get past the initial rush of excitement and enter the “trough of sorrow.” Is this the right path to bring me to the “slope of enlightenment”, or do I need to course-correct? What helps me wrestle with this is to get out of the office on occasion. Travel/downtime gives me time to reflect more strategically, without the distraction of the daily hustle.
